Naming and shaming rules

Can someone point me to the rules. I have done a couple of searches but cant find them.

There are rules on the site somewhere regarding naming and shaming. I think they apply to any company.

When you click on "reply" to the right of the text box you type your message into it says "Rules of posting" (which has always been there) in which is the statement that say you will not post anything "That specifically names companies in relation to accusations of malpractice, fraud or other criminal or civil offences"

Cheers I knew it was somewhere obvious I just couldnt see it. When I post a reply the reply screen minimises so I only see 2/3 of the page so didnt see it when I posted my request.
