New Vauxhall Coupe
Vauxhall play catch up in the mini coupe/roadster segment
Discussion
Take the Vauxhall grill off and its just a hash between the 206 and Ka.
Nothing new or particularly exciting. At the end of the day Pug caught all the others napping, and ran with the momentum.
Sure the Ka and Vauxhall will probably sell but they will not match the success of the Pug 206 thing.
Sometimes I think the OEM's should grow some balls and innovate a bit more, rather than producing their version of someone else's success.
A new edge design might look out of date quicker (maybe) but we live in a throw away culture anyway. There are enogh new punters out there who will accept the loss on their 'round whatever' just to go and buy the latest 'square whatever'.
