T350C Headlamp cover (perspex)

I have just fitted a new perspex head lamp cover to my T350C,if i say so myself,it was neater than the original done at the factory, and was very pleased with the result at the time.
But i'm not that happy with it now, reason being, it would appear that the sikaflex type polyurathane mastic seems to have attacked the black paint mask that has to be applied prior to bonding.
I used Halfrauds satin acrilic spray.(but smelled like cellulose)
I etched the perspex to get a good bond between the paint and perspex,and degreased the area etched. Its not looking to bad, but the black paint has 'pickled in one or two places.
Can any experts/windscreen fitters out there tell me where i'm going wrong, as i'm just about to fit two new black smoked rear side windows,(don't even go there about the cost of those!!), but if you want to know...mail me via my profile As Diane reads my posts
