Just found out that last 10 months my tracker has been defunct due to a spike when my battery was boost jumped after it had gone flat. Did I know about this? No.... and fortunately didnt have to call it into action.
Only realised when I rang up to check renewal and was asked if I wanted to do a Test Track - which failed.
All it needed was a 'tracker reboot' to fix.
Lesson learnt and pass on advice to others. Was told to get a "test track" after any electrical event or visit to the garage.
