Hey Simon,

Who's got an 'N' reg Griffith in yellow?

I was in mine on Saturday and a yellow one went past me but the guy was looking the other way, talking to his passenger.

Any ideas who it might have been? It was in Crewe.

Hey lazy, It could be Flying Banana straying from the midlands area or maybe one from the yorkshire area that I know of(meet at le mans a couple of years back).

I have seen 3 others that I dont think come on here out and about could be one of them, not sure they are n regs though.

BB - I just spent nearly an hour drooling over the pics on your v cool collection. Something connected deep inside when I got to the yellow 'pages'. I had no idea of the power of yellow (apart from a rusty R14 I accidently bought my wife in circa 1985 - although that proved to me it is possible to have 10 different colour yellow panels on one car). Already moving spiritually toward an '02-'03 Cerbie in 2006 I now find myself entering the jaws of a funnel (not to mix my metaphors). So I think thanks to your efforts it's going to be a yellow Cerbie. Gulp!

Wahey, I absolutely love the 'after' I gatecrashed your party pic BB.

I spent around 40hrs in the week before the Growl polishing the car. Completely stripped everything off it first with washing up liquid, then Claybar, then polish, then Carnauba wax.
Think I had RSI of the elbows by Saturday

Although I'm told I needn't have bothered with the polish and now have P21S paintwork cleanser which you can use with or without a claybar before using the wax.
For anyone reading this who was at the Saturday Growl day you might remember me 'cleansing' my car in front of 'The Polishing Company' stand after leaving it under trees in Leamington Spa while we went for lunch. I could have cried when I got back to find it covered in tree sap, but it all worked out well in the end thanks to the chaps at TPCo.(and a not-insignificant loan from Visa!)

Nice to know my efforts were appreciated though BB, even if it is only as a mirror for those LOUD yellow thingies
