RAC - credit where credit's due

Earlier in the year I had a good dig at the RAC in this forum, and quite rightly too.
Had to call them out again last night - pinkycento stopped charging, and as it was dark and chucking it down it didn't go for too long before rolling to a halt with a flat battery.
Unlike last time, I got through straight away to the call centre on the 'phone; operator extremely helpful at trying to located where I was [I didn't know the street name initially, only landmarks]; and the patrol arrived ahead of schedule and also phoned to say they they were on their way. Patrol guy very helpful, did all the right things, got me home etc. Even got onto the topic of TVRs as apparently he'd got a mate with a Griff. Top bloke.
Anyway, as I grumbled over really crap service earlier in the year, its only fair to say that they got it absolutely right this time.
