Discretionary Trust Set Up

Any of you lawyers (or other) know how I can go about setting up a Discretionary Trust?

My parents want to put some shares into a trust, which will pay out when my daughter is 21. Do I have to go to and pay a lawyer to do it or are there free "instructions" somewhere?
