Tyre Pressures?

Was wondering what tyre pressures i should have for driving in my cerb, just got 17" alloys for it the other day, there the 4.5 cerby wheels, tyre profiles on the Front: 235/40/17 and Back: 255/40/17, any help would be mint.

I would imagine between 24 - 26 psi, the manual should say, alternatively try your local main dealer

I have them 24psi...front and back.

On my 17" original wheels i have 26psi all round

I've been 28psi all around by a main dealer when they have it a check over, it certainly felt better than the 24/22 the manual says.

Certainly feels a lot better, although I've found 26/27 all around gives the best compromise so far, especially in wetter weather.

I've run 22front/24back since I got the car. Been fine for me so far.

That was certainly my concern, but they assured me those were the new figures from the factory. Perhaps they were dependent on tyres - I'm running Goodyear F1s...

So far haven't spotted any uneven wear on the tyres, but as I'm having a winter check done tomorrow I'll check the tyres while up on the ramps and confirm the pressures.

Confirmed with the dealer over the weekend and they say its definitely 28/28 for Cerbs with spiders, rather than the 24/22 quoted in the handbook.

I looked at my tyres while on the ramps and while they are starting to get close to needing replacing on the back, the wear is even on all four boots.
