A pity for motoring programmes, but if I see another 'group test' where they take an Audi, a jag, a beemer and an Alfa, test them all pointlessly, show that the jag and Alfa are clearly better, then vote for the beemer (as they always do), then I turn off. They also named the new MINI (or MAXI) as car of the year - enough to cause a nationwide power surge with all the petrolheads turning off their TVs. And what is it with the Austin f***ing Princess - a car I name every time as the worst car EVER MADE. I'll be glad to see the back of Drivel, I just hope they replace it with something better.

At last they got the hint, made the prosenters were reading here.
Who cares it going to be gone for good only to be shown on sky as some classic program
With any luck they might replace it with something better, but what if it is worse Grrrrrrrrr

So, have they finally realised that we don't want to see how many shopping bags you can get into a Cerbera or how a people carrier goes in a slalom test? Perhaps it was just that woman's annoying voice!

Oh no - I'll really miss 'Driven'. I used to enjoy settling down to watch it for half an hour every week.

Bollox - had you going there didn't I? It was utter shite. R.I.P.

Driven certainly used to be Drivel, but I think it has improved beyond recognition over recent months. The competition between Max Power and Lotus was inspired.

Err...i quite liked that bit where they overtake the lorry and Menny Pallory wets herself in the back seat.
Otherwise yes, it was toss.

Driven used to be good when it first came out. IMHO it only went downhill when it started to do the novelty car tests and stupid sumo $hite.

Bring back the old format, much better...

'Competition between Max Power and Lotus' would have been inspired had they not won in a Cavalier, slagged of a Sierra XR4x4i with a 2.8 V6 and said the Max Power car looked good because it had a big spoiler and some masking tape stuck to the top of the headlights.
Should have given them the same cars - Lotus would have taken the boltonboys to the cleaners.
