Keith's stuff has been pretty good, but you'll notice he's pretty much gone in Always Outnumbered Never Outgunned.

Not going to any of the concerts unfortunately.

Need to pick up the best of as well, although disappointed to notice that "What Evil Lurks" hasn't made it on. Still, the Pendulum remix of Voodoo People is excellent.

You know what irritates me about the Their Law two-disc album me?

'We Are The Ruffest' aside, most of the B-Sides on disc 2 are crap. Where's 'Pandemonium'? Where's 'The Trick'? Where's 'Music Reach'?

Grrrrrr...

Yep, Brixton in December. Not doing one of the late night (3am) ones though - don't feel quite that brave these days...

Bought Their Law the other day, though I think their stuff works much better as a complete album, rather than a pick 'n' mix.

True, Music Reach is definitely one of my favourites. Problem with a best of, even with a second disc, is that they are always going to leave some stuff out. No Man Army with Tom Morello is good though. In fact I liked the whole Spawn soundtrack. May have to dig that out too.

Besides, if you have all the albums on your MP3 player/PC anyway then its not like its hard to access them.

Two versions? There are definitely some quite distinct mixes, but I'm mot sure how this is distinct from two versions?

But blimey, another massive quality track that isn't on the best of.

I had all the singles but lost most of them.

The ones I want to get back are, ironically, the ones that are now discontinued. Pandemonium was the B-side to Charlie and is one of my favourite Prodigy tracks ever, but is no longer active.

I might try Amazon actually...

Am I right thinking they did two versions of 'Fire'?

I do remember the radio version was quite different to the version on the album.

I eventually managed to track down the "What Evil Lurks" 12-inch after a good while l;ooking. Am quite chuffed with it. Think I have pretty much all of the singles but they are strewn throughout my flat in no particular order. may need to sort that out at some point.

Pandemonium is on the Jericho/Fire limited release version as well I think

One was quite a weedy version, the other was a hyped up addrenalin rush.

Hmm, will have to have a dig around at the weekend, because I only really remember one particularly pumping version

Yup, I'm going to Brixton on the 3rd December. Also have the DVD on my christmas list. I was at the '97 Brixton show that's on the DVD so can't wait to see that again!!

If anybody has What Evil Lurks on MP3 I'd really appreciate an email. Never even heard it (it's a sod to get hold off).

I'm glad that the "Their Law" album has revived interest in The Prodigy- as it had gone a bit quiet for them over the last couple of years..

I was the General Manager of the promotion company who were employed by XL Records (Beggars Banquet) in the early 90's to attain maximum chart and retail potential. I still have my gold & platinum discs for "Music for.."and "Fat of the Land" and more amongst other original promo vids, samplers etc.

We promotted them until late 1997.. they were good times;.

Sounds like you need to buy Jilted Generation and play it really loud. Good in the car late at night when you're really on it - again, played really loud.

Why not? Some of the best gigs I've ever been to were at Brixton. Top venue and some decent pubs nearby, too.
