I'm wondering how the "under desk duties" training would work. Would you be (self) demonstrating mungo.

I had a moment like that yesterday afternoon. Very very close thing it was. Is it possible to have a mid-life crisis at 30, not 40?

Edit: I suppose it is if you are planning to die at 60

Cheers, Phil

Its just the thought of another 12 hour night shift after getting bugger all sleep today because of the builders outside. If you are traveling down the A34 tonight, keep to the left and hold tight, I am about to unleash my frustration...(and thats not in the MUNGO sense!!!)

"You have to remember, Paul, that making coffee is very much like making love to a beautiful woman. It has to be hot, it has to be strong, you've got to grind your beans slowly... and at the last moment, add the milk."

awww crap. I got that feeling at 28!? then i discovered going sideways is more fun than driving forwards... and now i look forward to the rain... hmm does that mean that despite wasting money on a sports car (well, 2) the truth is i've actually saved it for a rainy day. ok I'll get my coat.

Good grief! I'm 25 and I feel the same!!!

Am looking forward to escaping from the London Insurance Market to the relative calm of anything else! Currently looking at entry-level IT jobs in Brimingham. However, there aren't any, so am fcuked.

Will still be in this bucket of poopy when I'm 60...

Career change anyone?

I'm looking for a base camp manager for 2 months next spring (late Feb - early May) - hotel accommodation in Resolute Bay (it's not as bad as it looks, honest!) all expenses paid, modest salary...

All you have to do is man the (satellite) phones for the time I'm on the ice, relay info to my UK operations team & authorise search & rescue flights if I go quiet. Probably not many cars/women/pubs but lots of snowmobiles and the hotel's got a gym & a jacuzzi...

CV's to the usual address

Am I the only one this actually appeals to then?

Wonder if work would give me a couple of months career break... not sure what the fiancee would say though!

Cheers, Phil
