How do I know?

Well as I drove along Pembury Road in Tunbridge Wells yesterday I noticed a sign saying "They're Working. 48% reduction in casulties at this site"

So there you have it they work.

Still not convinced myself.

There's a road near me that I've known of 2 accidents on, one fatal. No scams have gone up and there have been no further accidents, work that one out eh? That's a 200% reduction!!!
