What is the more dishonourable, having a boyfriend / girlfriend relationship or three people stabbing someone 50 times?

Muslim leaders need to condemn this type of activity very publically in my view!

srebbe - this always gets branded as muslim culture. its not - its based on mid eastern tribal culture. having a best mate whos family is afghan pashtun (but broughtup in this country and an avid cov ciy supporter poor sod as well as a successful it manager and practicing muslim!) i know this at first hand. members of his extened family in pakistan i know subsrcibe to some of these views and its tradition that is passed down in the village - nothing to do with the koran at all. usually prevalent in he practically medieval feudal village societies whre life is unchanged for the last 2000 yeears.

Seems to me then that instead of asking potential immigrants silly questions, they should concentrate on the law and the differences HERE as opposed to from wherehence they came!..

What bothers me about this is that we get forced to accept some customs and practices from other cultures but yet Honour Killing is a big no no. If we can't say 'Happy Christmas' for fear of upsetting people, then do we have any right to interfere in their Honour Killing practice?

You have my sympathy!!!!!, although on the flip side an 'avid' Cov City fan.....gets a hammering every week, and still gets up for more......
