quick plug wires question

Hi all - anybody know which Magnecors are best to go for in a 4.0 HC? Also, I'm assuming they do a set that does away with the need for the range-rover metal shrouds altogether but that still doesn't foul the exhaust manifold or rocker covers. Is this the case? Should I go for the standard 8mm or the racing (r100s) I wonder if there's any difference 
? And how much to pay, where from etc wd be appreciated (I'm thinking APi Engineering or Tower View at the mo) Thanks, if anyone knows... 
ps. Took 2 hours to change plug number 8 - is this a record? pps. NGK B7ECS at 36 thou" gap are the business & cheap too (accept no substitute! don't be tempted to stray to Champion Eon - no point!
