Car storage rates

Folks, what is a good going rate for car storage do you think? I'm going to need to put my 993C4S into secure storage for a couple of months or so over dec/jan. I've found a local place that has a separate area that is insured, heated, can plug in the trickle charger etc and they charge £100pcm. It's not the business' primary function - it's a very large bodyshop facility but I figure that's good as it means the place is staffed & busy.

Seem reasonable? Anything specific to check? Anything specific to look out for?

Alternatively anyone recommend somewhere in the South West - ideally Bristol?

Make sure you go round car with them to agree condition with particular attention to dents and scratches.
