Best radio DJs.

It goes without saying John Peel has to be the all-time great but I also don't mind....

Zane Low - first impression was who is this annoying git but once you get into his show he plays some excellent music and he is genuinely into it.
Jonathon Woss - Good all round show on Radio 2 on a Sat morning with some choice choons too.
Chris Evans - Love him or hate him he has a flair for radio and his new spot on Radio 2 works.
Steve Lamacq & Jo Whiley - their evening show was class with some great live sessions!

For starters...

Tony Blackburn

[D_Mike]

Steve Lamacq...
John Peel...
Mark and Lard... (because they shared their hate of the music they were playing with you)

john Peel RIP

and then Chris Moiles .........,makes me laugh so much a great show...

[Mrs Trackside]

I tend to listen to local radio, so Trevor, Cue Ball and Roz would get my vote but I do LOVE Johnathan Woss.

It was Richard Allison who got me into Radio 2 when he stood in for Walker a number of years ago. I still rate him as a good DJ but he's not really classed as mainstream.
Another in the same category is Alex Lester (Radio 2 middle of the night). I only got into him when I realised the auto Camaro I bought was actually his old car.....WOW I own a celeb's car I thought, until I had to explain to everybody who the hell he was.
He's a bit of a petrolhead apparently as he replaced the Camaro with a Corvette, and I gather he's also got a nice Minari kit car.

[Raffles]

I agree, Richard Allinson is also great. It's a shame they took his regular Satarday slot away from him...

[Broccers]

All the R2 daytime staff with the exception of that Bruce fella.

I beleive Wogan is back on tv soon, can't wait

Hasn't Zane Lowe got a Tuscan too?

[moleamol]

I think you all need to get onto BBC 6 music, I can't think of a bad DJ on there. Highlights are Tom Robinson and Vic McGlynn. You can listen online too, it's a DAB station.

Peel was DJ God though, I miss that man.

[obi]

has to be Hawksbee & Jacobs on Talksport...

always have me in hysterics...

[dilbert]

Steve Lamacq has to be the chap.

Highly commended must go to Phil Jupitus though. I'll not forget the day he accused Jack Straw of being a "Trotskyite"! - Class.

[selmer]

Stacey Kent (even when she's not singing) and Verity Sharp

[Kinky]

Dave Fanning by a long long way.

Or used to be - not heard him in a long while.

[Highway Star]

Our Terry
Mark and Lard
Alex Lester - quality night driving tunes
Christian O'Connell on XFM and also Ricky Gervais' show.

I quite like Richard Bacon on XFM too

[magnum]

Tommy Vance was a true legend of the DJ art.

I think that's Alex Zane - an MTV presenter. Was mentioned on a celebrity owners thread.

Back O/T:

Zane Lowe
Annie Mac
Christian O'Connell - far, far better than Chris fg Moyles

[Muncher]

Chris Moyles
Scott Mills
Jo Whiley
John Peel RIP
Mark and Lard
