I just worry that with the prices being so high, people will not be able to sell them for anything like they bought them for.
Edited to add - You'd have to eat out each night anyway as there are no cooking facilities.....strange.

For the same money and within walking distance of the apartments you could buy a detached property with with double garage, utility room, proper sized kitchen, proper sized bathroom, 3 bedrooms, a nice garden, balcony and a view of the track.
