Just finished fitting the new Pwerflex bushes, and now need to get the geometry set.

The fitting sheet that went out with the spider conversion recommends

Front and rear camber 0.75 to 1.25 negative
Front Toe 10 to 20 minutes total cross axle (5 to 10 minutes per wheel)
Rear Toe 4 to 6 minutes each wheel
Front castor 4.75 to 5.25 positive

I am no suspension expert, can anybody tell me how these differ from standard settings, or indeed what the standard settings are.

Also Kwikfit have now got four wheel alingment equipment. Good idea or bad idea?????

The "normal" sort of 4 wheel aligners tend not to be able to measure camber (or at least the operators can't...), so make sure you ask first!

Cheers Joolz, are they the best settings for the road?

you won't know until you drive it and see how it behaves.
