help me please

Battery has died following three weeks of inactivity waiting for the clutch slave cylinder to get delivered/installed.
I cant even get in the car now and my jump leads that go into the fixing behind the passenger front wheel is locked in the boot.
Any ideas how I can get in or alternatively charge the battery - I haven't got a jack either so cant get the front wheel off.
