forum problem

something wrong with my access onto the forum,every time i access the forum or any new page i go back to a couple of days ago,as though nothing has changed/updated.if i refresh the page it comes current and updated(well most times).whats gone wrong,it was fine yesterday morning.

Have you tried clearing out your cache on your hard drive?
It solve your problem.
