Worth the wait for sprint was getting worried about not getting my fix

anyway the racing Malaysian Chimera I think looks really nice with the hard top, colour scheme, racing splitter and wing. Also the knowlege that its got loads of power One like that on the road with a 5.4ltr lump would be quite good.
Anybody agree?

Yes, the hardtop looks good too. Not sure about the rear spoiler though

I too thought that the Malaysian Chimaeras looked the business. Looks like they know what they are doing over there.

I'd like to see a lot more details about the cars in the club mag.

Or maybe in these hallowed pages ?

I will try and scan the photo and post it later for those that that have not seen it.I too have an ajustable splitter fitted to the front of my chimaera, gone is that feeling of the front going light at high speed, and the steering is more responsive going in to fast corners, coupled with 17inch wheels and wider tyres, its now a different car altogether

I will post some pics as soon as i can.Mine differs from the malaysia chimaera in that mine doesnt go straight across but is in two parts and flairs up on the edges with adjustable bolts fitted which you can adjust up or down, its made by DTM and believe me they do work costs about £120 and after a bit of lining up its bolted underneath the front valance,i used to have the carbon fibre straight across splitter fitted to my M3,and the one on the chimaera does the same job for a fraction of the cost.

I seem to remember seeing a Chimaera with an adjustable front splitter at the last Virginia Waters.

People's responses / opinions were, er, "mixed".

My prototype splitter gets the same sort of reaction, funny that! I suspect in my case it may be something to do with the gaffa tape and cable ties holding it on!

I think this question was asked a while back, but..
Does anyone know whether TVR are manufacturing the hard tops for the Chimaera.

Doesn't that mean it simply blends in with the rest of the car????
