Tilers in the Southeast

Anyone here in the Southeast had any floor tiling done recently? Essex ideally. Im just looking for how much it cost per m2. Any info would help.

Bump....i would get a number of quotes just to get the feel of the price and ask to see examples of their work.
Having been in the building trade myself i feel a good quality tradesmen is worth the money if you get your hands on one but try to stay away from the ones who do all their work leant up against the bar as you could have reliability problems.

It very much depends on the quantities involved and the materials to be used.

For a reasonable estimate, allow something like £20-30/m² for the laying of the tiles, plus the cost of the materials.

If the floor needs any levelling then that would be an additional cost.
