windows task bar help

Hey Guys,
My windows task bar has gone horizontal and I cannot get the damn thing to sit back at the base of the screen !
How dumb do I feel !

Can anyone post a solution to this request please ?

Right click on the taskbar, then properties and make sure that "Lock the Taskbar" isn't checked. if it isn't you should be able to drag it to the bottom of your screen.
