Customer service,Insurance Co.

Ive just got off the phone from an insurance Co called M C Edwards and i actually feel refreshed for once,not only did i get a good deal,and its not for that reason ,but the young guy on the other end of the phone (Ian) was so freindly,amiable, and helpful that i feel for once completely satisfied with a service.
Its all too easy to moan these days about the service and not mention the good when you come across it ,it might just be my luck but this Co is worth a try if your renewal is on the horizon.
