911 & Porsche world - Turbo feature
Discussion
Any of you lot bought this months (November) "911 & Porsche World" magazine?
There's a special feature on all Porsche Turbos
but I reckon they've made a mistake:
On page 72 (at the bottom) they've got a picture of what they've called the "993-model 911 Turbo 's'", however it looks far more like a 964 911 Turbo 's', as the headlamps are more vertical (like a 964) and they also have the colour-keyed finisher around the headlamps (which I don't believe a 993 would have)......
I'm no expert on these matters (so am fully expecting to get shot down here!!) but can someone knowledgeable clarify this for me??
Cheers.

I hope they have the values right - that is to say with the 996tt being the most valuable, and collectable of the lot !
I think they got the 996TT values spot on, there are quite a few 2000 cars with 40,000 miles trading in the low thirtys. Obviously once the mileage goes above 50 the values plummet, and non metallic paint kicks them in the knackers. I just thank my lucky stars I went 997 when you went 996TT, my car's still worth 10 grand above list, regardless of mileage, even with all the stone chips.
