Midlands drive the EVO triangle

the Midlands Forum are going to drive the EVO triangle on the 17th December, anyone interested in going along?

BUMP!!!

It's this weekend folks. Were meeting at 0930 M6 Jct 16, then A500, A534, A488, A5 aiming to be at the sportsmans for lunchtime!

The route basic is nice and easy Jct 16 > A500 to Nantwich > A534 to Wrexham > A483 to Oswestry > A5 to Corwen. The A534 is a right bugger of a road, no where to overtake and loads of lorries going to the Wrexham industrial estate from the M6, if there is a general consenus we can go the back route through the lanes, but they'll be muddy and nasty this time of year. Don't be fooled by the Ford Galaxy brigade (dark blue and burgandy) along the EVO they are masked raiders with video etc. Take care out there all, enjoy our roads

Hi All, we got to the Sportsmans but it was closed and was'nt going to open. It was bl@@dy freezing so we went to the Falls Cafe on the A5 for food. A good day was had by all. Gwilym.

Thanks - sorry forgot to update this thread, i did find it after a bit of looking around!!
