I've done it! I've ordered a Sagaris. (Which also means my Cerbera 4.5 is now available, if anyone's interested.) Yippee!

I've ordered a metallic black one with black leather and carbon fibre interior. But I've got the inevitable second thoughts and doubts about my choices.

Also on the cards for me were red glow pearl or reflex charcoal body paint, and possibly portland and anthracite interior.

Has anyone got any images of any of those colour options, or any comments or reassurances to give me?

Ask around some dealers to see if they have any in that colour scheme that you could look at. There is a black sagaris with black interior on pistonheads classified at the moment and it looks very good from the photos.

I would say stick to your original option as I went through all of what you are going through when we ordered ours.Wanted to change the colour of the carpet etc, etc, but really glad we stuck to our original colours.
(IMO of course.)

Get us much sleep as you can now cos whetever you choose you will have sleepless nights when it gets nearer to delivery.

Congratulations and Good Luck

Too oppressive.
The lime green demo at DM had the all black interior and the first thought that struck me when I got in each time was...way too oppresive in here.

The metallic black outer colour is a good choice...as in RC, but if you have a dark outer colour and go for a main dark inner colour, you need a lighter relief colour. Personally I would stick with your metallic black out, make carbon leather option your main "dark" interior colour and then pick a highlight relief colour. Mulberry red would go down a treat with that colour scheme. Still looks dark and evil, but the muted red gives it some class and takes away the "wannabe Shaft" image.

"How much more black could it be? - none more black" - Nigel Tuffnell

I think DJC is right. All black outside and all black inside in my view would be a little dull. I've sat in a Brilliant Silver Sag with all black leather with carbon on lower door bottoms, seat inserts 1 & 2, radio surround & handbrake surround. It was actually ok, but with black on the outside it would not have been right.

What about something like this, but with Mulberry leather & stitching instead of Ocean Green?:-

Mine is Mystic Black Pearl with Black and Carbon inside and anthracite wheels, I love it!

Carbon door inserts, gear knob surround and radio surround. This does break up the flat black well.

My business partner has a RC, and broke his up with Ocean Green.

I would post a pic but the only ones I have a 8Mb and I need to get some lower res done first.

We have black leather with carbon leather and yellow stitching.
I thought at first it ws too dark inside, but I love the carbon look and we do get a relief from a slightly brighter external colour

My worry was, admittedly, that the black interior would be too oppressive, but I think the carbon does break it up a little; it's also got too dashes of Portland grey (on the handbrake and radio surrounds), which help, too.

I guess only time will tell whether it becomes oppressive to sit inside day in, day out, but your comments have reassured me that black paint (I think it's Mystic Black) is a cool idea, and those with the black interior seem to love that as well...

I think I'll stick!

Just noticed that James Agger is selling a Saggy with the colour combo you have ordered may be worth a look if you are local or ask him for some interior photos.

Sounds good combo hope you really enjoy.

Stich me up, Mr Agger?? I can't believe that, he seems such a nice man!

I would love it, if I'm honest!, However, at the mo, my Tam has become almost part of our family, apart from my heater issue last winter, the car's been faultless and racked up 9K miles this year!

Still, damn tempting though, to me, that Sag looks perfect!

I've driven that Sagaris that James is selling, and must admit it's a beauty! It was driven mostly by David Oxley (TVR's MD), I believe, and has appeared in the press. If anyone's thinking about a Sagaris, I can recommend that one!

But I've ordered mine from the factory already, so I can't save myself a few pennies on that one. Mine's basically the same spec, though, so I'm chuffed it's getting the thumbs up.
