opinions on Olympus c5050zoom

I have been offered one of the above with an underwater housing and mucho gear and wonder what the camera is like.

I have googled a few reviews and they seem to say that its not that great, especielly in the focus dept and in the time delay between pressing and shooting the pic.

All comments would be welcomed.
