Like 1 & 2 the best, esp 1. You have the right lens for the job! Blue wash eh? I remember that

This was taken at a wedding (50mm f1.8) - a good example of a shot that's totally unremarkable in colour but works in B/W.

that was a crap set too. I was under exposing by 2 stops to get anythign interesting

was working for the QM magazine but you could pay your £3 and take photos if you want.

it's not a job as such as I don't get paid. it's a free student publication that you get in the QM. It's called qmunicate www.qmu.org.uk/news/uploads/qmunicateweek4.pdf

Ah!!! - you're not american, by any chance? That was supposed to be I-Ron - ic, which I'm afraid I am most of the time

Anyway, I've just tried to have a look at your shots again (had a brief butchers yesterday) but the links aren't working for me
