Yes. It was very well directed and emotional too. I never thought Eastenders would bring a lump to my throat. Certainly not the usual Eastenders, more like a sad section of a war movie.

Whenever ive tuned into 'Rearenders' its always been about argueing and negative stuff, its the same with that Yorks village based soap, how can that much stuff go on in a vallage???...if i had to choose a soap my favourite would be 'Corry Orry'..apart from liking Mancunians ive found Corries has had some likable And funny Charachters over the years with people like Fred"Ile tell you for nothing,I said"....Reg Holdsworth,a very funny guy 'and' he used to own a Steel Blue ZR-1 till he bumped it....Steve McDonald is my favourite..i think its the look on his face that i like when things go wrong,a look that sez "here we go again"..the woman who runs his cab firm is a lovely charachter aswell

Only a bit of Mitchell shite.

It mainly focused on nanna moon who is about to die...

so alfie took her to her husband grave with lots of flash backs to the war following her husband who died in action.

reminded me of my now dead grand parents.

It was very moving, and for one of their "off site" episoded it worked really well.

Plus it hopefully taught some youngsters a little bit about the war, and less about being "sorted"
