Can anyone tell me of a good place in Avon/Somerset/Wiltshire where I can take the Tamora for a front wheel to be re-finished. The dreaded turning circle caught me out in a drive through today and the rim is scuffed quite a lot and needs to sorted.

Can your dealer advise you? They usually have a lot of call for this service.

Yes they are in Exeter and I don't want to spend half the day in the car and I would like it doing asap, so don't want to wait until the 6K Service.

You wanna see the state of the alloy wheels on our 'new' MGF Trophy 160, owned by a woman, only 22K miles - every wheel needs severe attention!(the last owner must have ploughed deliberately head long into every curb in the county!)
I will be using a company in Gloucester that refurbished my Tam alloys.

If they're that bad you might want to get the alignment checked too.

Thanks Chan is going to to get the geometry checked as a matter of urgency! I figured that I'd rather spend a few quid sorting out that and the alloys on an otherwise mechanically sound car than going for a high mileage one (only £6K!), leaving us £500 to sort the rest. We drove from the Forest to Maidstone yesterday to get it! Must be mad! lol
One negative buying the only 500 made limited edition Trophy is that the alloys are as rare as hens teeth!, one costs as much as an 18" Spider alloy!

Solar red! , Chan just took me for a drive to Gloucester in it, engine sounds very sweet, when I owned one, I always thought the wheels looked huge, but being used to the Tam now, they look quite small! lol

Chris, ours is blue will keep an eye out for both Trophy and Tam when we are poodling around your territory. I have never seen another Tam and only one or two Trophy's.

You will need a two car convoy now if you need to take anyone anywhere, we are thinking of radio comms!!!
