More apealing shape: Tuscan I or Tuscan II?

Let'set the scene: any differences are minor and probably make no difference to Joe Public

I peronally am gobmacked by the Tuscan 1. Yhe low lights,the clean back end, and the instrument panel still astound me...

How do Tuscan II owners feel about their cars exterior and interior design?

For me I prefer the Interior of the Tuscan 1. I wasn't a huge fan of the exterior on the 2 when it came out but having seen a few now It has grown on me.

I'm firmly old school TVR, and prefer the classier lines of the Tuscan II.

Inside the Tuscan 1 for it's simplicity & all it's nice alloy & brass.



Tuscan 2 has gone a bit to lumpy IMO.Although this one is one of the best I have seen.



Outside they are both a work of art nothing else come close.

I prefer the MkI, as I'm not a huge fan of the boot lip and front treatment on the II. I definitely like the MkI interior more.

My ideal would be a MkI with a Typhon front end.

The triple head light is a signature piece and the mk2 dramtically lacks it.

I have to agree when the mk1 and mk2 are side by side the mk2 just looks a little softer (i may be biase as i only have a mk1)

Having been lucky enough to have 2 MK1s and now a MK II i think it really depends on colour choice.MK 1 is probably more aggresive from the outside but the MK II seems to flow a bit better.
All down to personal taste I am sure but irrespective they are both great cars.

Has to be the Mk1. The triple light pods, the cheese-cutter grill, the superb dash layout, that wonderous unadorned rear end that I so enjoy pouring soapy water over.

I'd prefer the MkII with a MkI interior in fact.

Lots of people preferring the MkII exterior because its more aggresive; maube I'm getting soft in my old age, but thet's the reason I don't like the MkI. Jordan doesn't do much for me either.

Speak softly and carry a big stick. Its the best way.

At least the one I ordered had ally stalks and the like! PW wouln't do the Mk1 front or interior, so no choice really. The finnished cars, Coup and Convertible interiors have also changed for the worst IMHO.

mk2 S in a dark colour, i feel the mk1 one looks slightly dated now theres a newer model out.

I've had both. Initially I preferred the exterior of the original but the MK2 grew on me and now I think the Mk 1 looks dated from the front when they are sat together. I do still prefer the rear of the original though and don't like the silly spoiler on the Mk 2. I prefer the interior of the Mk2. They are both drop dead gorgeous though IMO.

5 years ago i saw a tuscan 1 in york,at the time i thought they were ugly,now i own 1 and not too sure about the new shape...but hey give it another 5 years!!!!
