Thought it would be good to catch up with some folks post BTaP and VW (and simply to get out), so we're going for Sunday lunch at the Jolly Farmers on the A25 heading east from Dorking. Big car park, good food at good prices.

www.streetmap.co.uk/newmap.srf?x=522925&y=150772&z=2&sv=522750,150750&st=4&ar=Y&mapp=newmap.srf&searchp=newsearch.srf

Its an open invitation, so just turn up. We're aiming for 1pm.

(leave a note on here if you're up for it)...lunch that is

Sounds like a good idea, but I may also pop into Racing Green as well to take a look around.

BTW: Luca I still owe you for the DVD, I have not forgot, just been out a lot recently and keep forgetting a lot of things I need to do, I think senility is kicking in

If I'm not doing anything I'll bring the Noble along - I'm just up the road south of Croydon so dead easy for me to get along.

I might be able to make this, I'll bring the Civic that'll provoke some discussion! It will make a pleasant change from DIY!

Hey Steve, were you on Surbiton Station this morning at 8:05'ish, I think I saw you go past as I was squeezed into a doorway, trying not to get my coffee crushed down my front.

I'm keen for a spot of lunch, and a good natter with my PH chums. You can all see Ruby's bright shiny new wing, too (unless you saw it at BTaP) Maybe we should warn the pub to be sure to have extra roasts?? :smileychowingdownroastlunch: Luca...I will bring the CD donation with me...

edited to ask if anyone wants to convoy from Bagshot/Ascot area???

Luca,

Count me in. I'm heading to my parents in Leicestershire and Dorking is not too far off the route. See you there at 13:00.

Are you booking a table ?

Open to anyone, absolutely. Its all about having a good nose-bag with decent company (hopefully)

I'll pop down to the pub tomorrow and see if I can organise something for us. If that fails, its a case of grab a table and start troffing (), a la VW meetups.

Please note:

I went to the pub yesterday, in an attempt to organise something for us...

The chap said tables cannot be reserved, and its usually full by 1pm.

So....aim to get there by 12.30, and he'll try to put us together on surrounding tables.

I've told him to expect around 20 people, based on what I've read here.

See you Sunday at 12.30

Jolly Farmers: Its 4 miles east of Dorking on the A25, heading towards Redhill.
