Power steering fluid

I need to top up my power steering fluid and can't find any of the Mobil ATF 220 that's recommended in the book. I went in Halfords tonight and the guy told me there are two types of automatic tranmission fluid, and old type and a new type. He wasn't sure which to use so I bought the 'new type' but haven't used it yet as I wanted to check it'd be OK. It's Castrol Automatic TQ Dexron III. Does anybody know if this will be OK?

The Castrol is fine, when I changed the rack on my old Chimaera I filled it with Castrol, no problems whatsoever.

that's the stuff the Halfords/castrol one is marked up as Automatic Tranmission fluid but it's the same stuff...
