Just fitted my Faulks unit. It really is as quick and easy as they say...if I can do it in 15 minutes then it can be done in 5!
If you thought your car gets gawped at before, well...

Martin.

PS - I think I was a Saxo owner in a past life because I love the sound.

There is, but it's quite subtle, and a jaunt around the local town isn't the best place to tell. I'm at a track day at Guadix next Saturday, so should be able to tell you more afterwards.

Martin.

Yes it does, and makes it smoother.

I fitted mine this week. From Faulks.

What a sound

Could someone post a short video/audio of the Faulks BOV? I have the Tial and the sound is becoming very annoying. I'd like to change to one that is less annoying. Dean

Been trying to get a Faulks BOV and intercooler for some time, no reply from my e-mails to Matt, any ideas or other sources? Would dearly like to fettle my machine (3R) The cooler air (upt north) already helping a bit.

Ash, I think I've posted through your profile. Will await the results with baited breathe. It's already cold up here (-4) so going quite quickly, with a modicum of rear wheel slippage.

Matt, got your e-mail thanks.

Current problem is the air up here (near Artic circle) is very dense/ cold, so great performance boost but getting traction on salty wet roads tricky, another conundrum!

By eck it's cold up 'ere !

I've had the same thing the last few days with the cold weather. Loads of low end torque, but no grip to back it up.

Lit up the rears in 4th on the M65 this w/e. Got a bit of a shock :-)

On the subject of intercoolers, John Noble Motorsport have a very nice intercooler upgrade too. Might be worth checking it out.

Ash, have now managed to contact Matt at Faulkes Performance, now very pleased that my e-mail does work, Matt's spam filter a bit over-active.

So, hopefully will be fitting BOV in the next week to produce more Northern wheelspin to accompany Jools's.

Gritting lorries a major hazard up here, bad news meeting one coming the other way on a B-road (as I did).
