It's something to do with the alignment of the planets or the Anderson belt.....

I've had poor consumption for the last week - mostly from sitting in traffic going nowhere - and I am religiously devoted to Optimax!!! got about 100 miles between fill ups!

I ran the Puma on BP pretty much all the time, and it seemed to love the stuff... always ran well and always got decent mpg..

Have you by chance been drinking some of the fuel?

That would explain your lower MPG and the fact the in your post you sound half pissed.
