I'll post more about the day later but OH MY GOD!!

I never thought I'd see 200 broken.

To GuyR in the RUF GT2, massive congratulations from myself, and all the vmaxxers. Top effort, you made the day for me.

truly superb. The timing guys said the car was visibly faster than they had seen before & only bettered through the traps by a maclaren f1.

Fantastic Guy....congratulations!!

I really wish I could have been there to see it. From the other threads it seems that you took the wing off to achieve the magic figure.

Big balls....

It's good to hear you all had a great time.

Yes I drove up there and back without the main rear wing, it's 100% road legal like that and still has a small ducktail wing, which sits beneath the main wing. It give it a real 'stealth' look that I actually quite like.

I did one run next to you Guy and the sheer pace of accelaration of the RUF down the first straight was just mind altering.

Once past 100 most of the other cars pull away briskly from my Exige but yours made me think i was doing 100 backeards.

Great result.

I remember, I also recall your passenger was videoing it. I left the line about a second after you, but didn't take too long to catch up

Quite a humbling experience to be thundering down the main straight in Daz's (very quick!) machine and to see Guy's motor come steaming past like we were standing still

Well done Guy i assume this was 1.5 miles same as at tv2005. You may need a lot more though have around 100bhp more than when i ran 206 @ tv2005,around 212 next time. 200mph is a big barrier & you are in a select band. How do really fast cars enter this Vmax thing.
