For HTML wizards - Ebay spoof

Hi all,
Further to my unpleasant encounter with an spoof ebay site (see www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=23&t=223278 ) I have a question - can any of the resident HTML wizards make out (from the source) what exactly happens if you provide your ebay id and password and hit Sign In on this page:

I tried to follow the HTML source but I'm afraid I can't find what happens when you push the button.
