Ladies & Gents,

First chance I have had to post properly.......

We arrived at 9am in Siberia, what stunning scenery, the cold failed to chill your spirits & a great day was had by all.

Thanks to the team, James, Andy, Greg for all assistance and again to brunters for such a great vmax venue.

A special thanks to Guy with the blistering 202mph vmax, truly incredible!

Special moments of the day for me..the infectious v10's of the lambo & the m5, love em, those 997's looked great, the brace of turbocharged pork flying the flag & all the rest of the exotica... british, italian & german making my ears bleed with every full bore launch!

Derestrictor's grin as wide as the track as the beetle came back on full song, the rasping csl's and the vxt and exige cornering as if on a traintrack not a race track. Loving the esprits, somebody call 5th gear! And trackdemon, if you ever put the nsx out to pasture, get some mountfield stickers down the side because it make a bloody flash mower

I could go on, it was great to see you all & thanks for making vmax what it is. I'll be raising a glass to those of you at btap as I am away this weekend, have a great time.

Cheers,

Craig

I thought that the sound was absolutely intoxicating.

I was impressed by the way that the engine was so keen to rev to red line.

Braking was phenomenal (the way you were braking so late for corners was superb)

Handling was flat as a pancake

Interior was just right imho, just enough creature comforts, but also spartan enough to be light.

Very impressed, thank you for the pax lap!

Just to clarify; this was an intentional off circuit excursion to explore the new and hilarious discipline of grass drifting Craig, I need to see the video of that

Cheers Craig, we would do if there were any contact details on their website! They only seem happy to dish out the dirt But they've already been well and truly pasted on the various Esprit forums.

And respect to the other drivers. I don't think anyone even mentioned it to us. So I hope you all recognised the 5th gear story for what it was - a farce

But yes, they was some poetic justice having four Esprit's drive there, give it plenty of welly and drive back without any problems, plus my stock [ish ] V8-GT's 179 beating Tiff's hacket job on a shorter runway
