Any Groupwise experts here?

Just archived most of my Groupwise emails as the work servers are getting filled up.

Now can't find any of my sent emails!

No sent items folder appears when I open the archive.

If I go to the archive directory I can see loads of files with names like 437c5c91.000.

Any ideas greatly appreciated (local IT bods useless as always).

Sounds like a Groupwise 5.x problem with the filter settings as per the linky.

Yep - my mistake, I didn't tell the programme that I actually wanted to see my archived emails when I open the archive.

What planet are these computer software writers on?
