What chance of extending the same courtesy to motorists, I wonder?

I mentioned the same thing earlier in the year when Mr Blair said that the majority shouldn't be punished for the bad behaviour of a minority, referring of course to drinking. But I guess there's votes in promoting drink and none in promoting speed.
Perhaps not votes as much as donations?????????

Is this a joke ? When you say "Minister" do you mean Labour Minister ?
As in interfering monitoring micromanaging by incompetents Labour ?

A remarkably sensible outlook.
No victim = no crime.
Does that mean it's ok for me to fire a rifle into a children playground, as long as I miss all the little darlings?
Yes, as long as it was silenced and none of the children were disturbed - although you would have been using the rifle illegally and without a licence. Those kids are a bleedin' nuisance I tell you.
