TVR Retirement ad?

I posted a response to a thread, and on the following page - where you can go back to forum or thread, etc, there was a big ad in the centre of the page to do with "TVR Retirement" or something like that.

I went back/forwards about 100 times hoping to see the ad again - but did not.

Can you give any pointers to it please?
