Whether this goes ahead – I’m uncertain, I’m looking to develop some afterburners for myself, slightly different, and hopefully a lot cheaper. I’m going to see my glass-fibre guy tomorrow to see what we can do.
How many of you would be interested, and have you any thoughts and what you would like?

Just putting some feelers out, as if I do go ahead, it maybe worth me doing a few instead of ‘one-offs’ if you see what I mean.

Cheers
Dean

I'd be interested... I've got the old Fiesta lights at the moment and was considering fitting the later Cerb style units but am not totally sold on them.

Have u any pictures (I assume based on the original after burners?), or comments on the detail changes you would design to the below??

I have several images, plus the PDF doc from when i recieved my last set. I just wanted to update really - any sugestions?

old versions - with colour coded pods.

i was think a larger LED ring(s) and indicators, reverse in high intensity LED's.

Aplogies for posting twice - but I'm in on these I'll go for any design really as I really like the afterburners - so an update on the original design or just the same would do me -let me know.

Biggest problem I've noticed with afterburners are that the Hella light inserts do not line up with the axis of the car. The picture shows up this problem well. They point outwards at an angle from the line of the car reducing the intensity of the lights quite a bit.

I'd be happy to keep the same inserts but get the alignment right.

Dean, I would be interested, especially if they are brighter than the standard rear light.

With all of the above improvements plus 100% LED bulbs - count me in.

If you can resolve the 'alignment' snags I would definitely be in for a set as I think the old ones are pants. Would the surround just be black or would I have to spray it?
