T121CAN - What was wrong?

Was heading home from work last night and saw you limping along the hard shoulder on the M3 Southbound between the Winchester services and Jct 9 (the Winchester Tescos Junction). (Tuscan hazard lights are unbelievably distinctive - saw you from probably best part of a mile away.) I pulled over onto verge on the Jct 9 exit slip thinking that I'd give you a hand if I could (assuming that you would try to get off there) but when you reached the slip you seemed to have picked up again.

Hell, you even managed a bit of a sneaky blip past something else as you popped off and down towards the Spitfire Roundabout.
