Wheels and brakes are separate issues.
The front wheels will go straight on (they are the same size as your existing ones). The rears won't fit unless you change the rear hubs and brakes to discs.
I've heard the front brakes will bolt straight on but not tried it myself. The rear brakes I don't think will fit unless you also change the hubs, but again not something I've tried for myself.

my car has 1 refurbished wheel and 3 scruffy ones I was thinking it might be nice to buy 4 decent wheels and sell mine to someone who wanted them - the chimera ones look quite nice
the other option was just to shell out for 17 inch split rims so I have a bit more tyre choice etc
