Yep you have a coolant leak.

Front? Rear?

If rear could be leaking from a Hose, Manifold, or HGF.

Front could be again a hose gone, Rad leaking.

Be careful though If HGF running the car could send oil in the water and water in the oil. When the HGF went on mine all the oil went in the water which needed cleaning out which put up the cost of the repair. Take off the oil filler and see if the filler cap has any Mayo in it, if so the water in the oil and you have HGF.

If you can not see any hose leaking or Rad and you are in the AA if so call them out.

Good Luck

Take all the under trays off, and fill it up with water the leak may present itself quickly..... or may not

Good luck

The leak seems to be coming from the rear aspect of the under tray. The radiator appears to be fine and there is no Mayo around the oil filler cap. As Stu says, i will have to remove the under tay and have a look but i think its best to call the AA so they can do some tests. I will keep you's posted! Cheers!

Hi everyone! I'm pretty new to this site and I'm looking for some advice? I went into the garage this morning to give my baby the weekly polish, when i noticed a leak coming from the under tray of the car. It was green in colour so i assume it is coolant fluid?
I have checked the jubilee clips on the radiator hoses, pipes etc and they appear to be fine.
The coolant level is on minimum so the system can't be venting excess fluid, or can it? I thought it only vented out when the engine reaches operating temperature? All advice is much appreciated!

Ive just had the very heplful AA chap checking over my baby, it appears once the cooling system is under pressure, coolant p*ssed out of the manifold inlet, so maybe problem solved?? Thinking manifold gasket?? Could it still be HGF even though ive had no spiking in engine temp etc???
Does anbody know if this repair is going to be costly?? Will keep you's posted!!

It turned out that the leak was coming from the manifold inlet. The gasket has been changed, and my pocket is £178 lighter for the trouble. Thank god it wasn't a HGF!! Anyway thanks for the advice guys!!!
