Battery or Charger ?

Battery on my S3 flat as a pancake ( new 5 months ago )but car not used for 4weeks. Connected my almost new Halfwits charger and it it is not registering any charge getting into the battery, it does show power getting to the unit.What do you think peeps ?

Not much help for your current situation, but I dumped my Halfwits charger (which was next to useless once the battery was dead) for an Accumate 18 months ago and havent had a problem since

If a battery is completly flat a charger of any discrition will have trouble getting any charge in it, what you need to do is connect the battery to another good battery with some jump leads leave it connected for a few hours, a small amount of charge will now be in your original battery and the charger 'should' be able to charge it back to full strength now

Thanks for that, will get the jump leads out . Predictably I have an Accumate but had not connected it because I had not intended to leave the car so long without use !
