I all hope someone can assist.
I'm looking at upgrading the door and rear speakers and was wondering if they were of standard size, and if so does anyone know off hand what size they are for a 1999 Cerb. I quess I could take them out but was hoping to source a replacement before removing the old ones. Thanks

It's not quite as simple as just getting the correct sizes. I changed the Pioneers in my Cerb for some Infinitys. Whilst the cut-out in the door panel was the same, the magnet on the back of the Infinity wouldn't pass through the structure of the door behind the panel, so that had to be modified.
Still sounds crap after all that, so I just listen to the engine now.

Get yourself a pair of 10" subs, an amp and a base box, stick 'em in the boot, and just use the door speakers for mid range and tweeters.
Thats what I did and it sounds awesome. If you bolt the amp to the box and fit some plugs to the wires, the hole lot can be pulled out in a matter of seconds, ready for that all important track day.
