QP surprise !!

Bought my copy of EVO today was surprised to see the QP rated as the fastest lapping big saloon on their handling circuit...beating the mighty M5!!
On the downside new 997 S Sport just clipped the T350C to the fastest coupe title.
A Sagaris would be a fairer comparison(though still far cheaper than the porker)and going on the T350's past performance would take the title by a margin.

Evo did a comparison test last month with the Q/porte v Cadillac CTS (or STS) and an Alpina BMW. They said the Q/porte had improved greatly since they first tested it, especially the gearbox.

However, rumour has it the car it due to receive a full auto gearbox in the near future to aid sales in the US.

The Q/porte is a much underrated car.

How are you TT?
Hope your well...must admit my real surprise was that it was quicker around 'a' track(okay im sure not every track)than the new M5 which has been hailed as other worldly in term's of performance. I would excpect the Masser to be more characterful,stylish, exclusive etc..but quicker? Wasn't prepared for that.

I like the CC box would hate to see the QP left with a auto only option....Yanks first they @uck up the rear light's .....

Yeah, I hear the next generation coupe will have a bench seat
