Has anyone got a pair stashed away, either new or part worn, that I can purchase for a sensible price?
They'll be those black things propped against the garage wall that you trip over at least once a week.

Stick a wanted advert in the classifieds please, not on the discussion forum.

Is there a supply problem getting this size tyre?

Apologies for that....thought it might act as an aide memoire. I've got things lying around in the garage which I don't need, but it rarely occurs to me to look in the Wanted ads to see if anyone else does, whereas if I came across a thread elsewhere, it might switch the light bulb on!
As regards supply, only Yokohama make this size tyre now, and they don't do a matching 225.50.15 for the front.
I'm trying to replace the Pirelli P7's that my car is currently on - so that would be my ideal find.....and yes, I know they would be old rubber.

Good luck with your search.

It's a great shame you can't get matching front and rear tyres. Have you checked what the guys on "Rennlist" are doing? They can't all be desecrating their cars by fitting different sized aftermarket alloys.
